Question 1

How early should I book a fly-in safari?

Accepted Answer

Peak season (July–October and Christmas) sells out weeks ahead because the Caravan carries only 12 passengers. Book as soon as your lodge is confirmed.

Question 2

Can Safarilink connect with my international flight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most guests land at JKIA and transfer by road to Wilson Airport, roughly 60–90 minutes. Leave at least three hours between landing and your Safarilink departure.

Question 3

Are flights ever rerouted between airstrips?

Accepted Answer

Bush flights operate as a circuit and may stop at a neighbouring airstrip depending on the day's loads. Your camp is always told which strip to meet you at.

Question 4

Do children pay full fare?

Accepted Answer

Children 2–11 travel at a reduced fare and occupy a seat. Infants under 2 travel on a lap at 10% of the adult fare.

Question 5

What happens if the weather closes an airstrip?

Accepted Answer

We reaccommodate you on the next available service at no cost, or refund the affected sector if we cannot operate that day.

Question 6

How do I confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

Send your request to our reservations desk on WhatsApp or email. The team confirms availability and issues your e-ticket directly.
